Maharajas’ Express, twice voted World’s Leading Luxury Train, is now up for private charter. The maharaja train is the most elegant and luxurious venue in India for business incentive groups, historical tours and private family gatherings as well as providing a perfect opportunity to entertain international visitors.

With the introduction of Maharajas’ Express, a new benchmark has been set when it comes to luxury train travel. This golden era of rail traveling in India initiated by the Maharajas’ Express, provides unique train safari through some of the most majestic destinations in India’s Golden Triangle.

There are 14 guest carriages which have been superbly built with thorough attention to detail, comfort and luxury and equipped with state of the art amenities are like moving palace on the wheel.

A single journey carries a maximum of 84 passengers who are accommodated in the most spacious train suites in the world. With fine sylvan décor, wooden paneling, floor to floor carpeting as well as every modern convenience and comfort, the air-conditioned Deluxe Cabins and Junior Suites carry two guests offering the option of twin or double beds.
