Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts has unveiled a new address showcasing its signature Swiss hospitality in Vietnam. Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc is the first international premium resort to open along Phu Quoc’s idyllic Ong Lang Beach.

Accor has strengthened its portfolio in Jordan to nine properties with the opening of the Mövenpick Hotel Amman. It follows the group’s takeover and re-brand of an existing 218-key property in the kingdom’s vibrant capital, which has undergone a refurbishment in line with Mövenpick brand standards.

Śešo held several positions within Accor and will now be heading the hotel’s operation with 244 units of rooms and apartments conveniently located in Dubai’s most sought-after destination, Downtown Dubai.

Mövenpick Hotel Ibn Battuta Gate has appointed Ian Rydin as its new general manager. He will oversee the overall operations and strategic direction of the 396-room, five-star property in Dubai, including its eight dining outlets.

The Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island is located centrally in Al Marjan Island, the flagship lifestyle and leisure destination developed by Marjan, the master-developer of freehold property in Ras Al Khaimah.

Opening in early 2021, the 462-key hotel will be in Diamniadio – a new dynamic city developed by the Senegal government, close to Dakar’s new Blaise Diagne International Airport, as well as the expanding seaport of Bargny.
