South West Trains invites you to ‘Meet the Manager’

South West Trains has announced a programme of Meet the Manager forums to take place across its stations this year. 

Designed to give customers an opportunity for a discussion with the company’s senior management team, the programme will run throughout the year at a variety of locations, with the following sessions during February:

  * Thursday 4 February at Woking station from 16.30 – 19.00
  * Thursday 18 February at Woking station from 16.30 – 19.00

Andy Naylor, Head of Customer Service for South West Trains, explains: “We know that our customers value the opportunity to talk to us in person and raise any queries they have about their train service.  It’s also a really important source of feedback to help us keep on improving the services we offer.

“Customers dropping in to one of our Meet the Manager sessions can expect to receive one-to-one responses to any concerns raised and receive updates from South West Trains”.
