Rotana, the leading hotel management company in the Middle East and Africa, has announced plans to open the five-star Hili Rayhaan by Rotana Hotel in Al Ain in first quarter of 2013, as part of Wahat Hili Project - Al Ain’s modern and unique retail and hospitality complex located in Hili district.
Close to the city, and in conjunction with Wahat Hili Mall, the combination is set to draw in a bulk of visitors to the city. The attraction of a neighbouring shopping destination, allows for retail selection, convenience and fine dining for guests.
President & CEO of Rotana, Selim El Zyr said, “Wahat Hili Mall will be the one stop destination for visitors to Al Ain; drawing in people from all over the region to witness the splendour that is characteristic of the city. With 250 rooms to cater to tourists, we are proud to partner with the modern-day retail complex that is set to become a ‘must see’ for guests of the city.”
Saeed Al Dhaheri, Chairman and CEO of Wahat Hili Mall, commented, “Rotana, as a name, has become synonymous with uncompromising world-class standards. This reflects the vision we have for Wahat Hili Mall - ensuring excellence, convenience and perfection in every detail – and we are proud that the leading hotel operator in the region has become integral to that very ambition.”
Guest rooms are spread over six floors, ranging from Standard to Suite, making the hotel an attractive proposition for both the leisurely and corporate. The latest technology, six conference rooms and business amenities are ideal for the seasoned professional; the podium pool, sundeck and leisure facilities also make it a great place for families.
Hili Rayhaan by Rotana will be characterised by contemporary lines merged with Emirati traditional architecture. The interior is more modern, with a dominant desert array of colours. Tradition meets today, in the ultimate expression of serviced living. “Hili Rayhaan by Rotana is the first property to open in Al Ain and our fourth in the region under the brand Rayhaan Hotels & Resorts by Rotana, which is an alcohol-free product that reflects our respect for the culture and beliefs of our guests and our dedication to fostering a new Arabia in today’s world. The alcohol-free concept is an entirely new proposition in the region and the market, for that matter. With research indicating this category’s huge potential due to its inherent appeal in the Middle East, Rayhaan is set for incredible growth in the upcoming years” concluded El Zyr.
Excitement is mounting for the anticipated launch of both the Hili Rayhaan by Rotana and Wahat Hili Mall by the first quarter of 2013, which will redefine service in the city.
