MICROS Systems, Inc, a leading provider of information technology solutions for the hospitality and retail industries, continues to expand its interactive marketing presence with the recent launch of the Delta Hotels and Resorts’ website. The new website provides seamless integration to the MICROS OPERA Property Management, OPERA Central Reservations, and OPERA Customer Information solutions that Delta has utilised for many years.
MICROS’ eCommerce team partnered with Delta, one of Canada’s largest independent hotel brands, to transform its website from a marketing focused site with a loyalty program component to an eCommerce transactional processing system. The new design offers increased guest personalisation that better showcases Delta’s signature membership program. The website utilises improved categorisation of content, allowing users to sort by both applicable interest area and by property location.
