The parents of missing travel writer Claudia Kirschhoch, who disappeared during
a press trip in Jamaica two years ago and has been declared legally dead by a
New Jersey court, plan to file a lawsuit against Sandals Resorts, which
sponsored the trip.



The Kirschhochs claim that Sandals stymied the investigation
of their daughter`s disappearance. According to a statement from Sandals, the
firm “has and will continue to cooperate fully with investigators and law
enforcement agencies.” During the investigation two years ago, Sandals matched
the parents` reward of $20,000 for information leading to the resolution of the
case.

“The reward still stands,” Sandals said.
