today announced it has signed a `letter of intent` to provide its
substantial bookable air consolidator content to Sabre Inc.

Under the terms of the proposed agreement, Solarnet
will provide its
proprietary technology and substantial bookable air consolidator content to
Sabre Inc., for distribution and marketing worldwide. This will result in a
substantial growth in transactions for consolidators along with increased
exposure to travel agents, worldwide. The two companies are expected to
share revenues.
