Orlando Sheraton unveils renovations

The Sheraton Orlando North has raised its flag to commemorate its official opening following an extensive, multi-million dollar renovation.Situated in the Maitland Center corporate park, the luxurious, 390-room hotel opened its doors at 600 N. Lake Destiny Drive. The property’s proximity to Interstate-4 assures easy access to the Orlando International Airport, Downtown Orlando, and major Orlando theme parks, shopping malls, restaurants and golf courses. The completely renovated hotel houses 15,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, restaurant, bar, state-of-the-art business center, fitness center, Starbucks(R) Coffee Store, Concierge Lounge, gift shop and more.

The new Sheraton Orlando North is owned in partnership with Philadelphia-based AMC Delancey Group, Inc., and Paramount Hotel Group, LLC, based in Fairfield, N.J. Paramount will also operate the property. To date, the hotel has created more than 200 hospitality jobs. Offering nightly rates of $109 - $229, the property will be a welcome addition to the five million-square-foot Maitland Corporate Center as well as to the community.
