Eos in Python link-up

Eos is connecting the best of Broadway with London’s West End as the official airline of Monty Python’s SPAMALOT in London.

Winner of the 2005 Tony Award for Best Musical, Monty Python’s SPAMALOTremains a standing-room-only hit after a year of performances on Broadway.

Directed by eight-time Tony Award-winner Mike Nichols, with a book by Eric Idle, lovingly ripped-off from the film classic, “Monty Python and the Holy Grail,” SPAMALOT tells the story of King Arthur and his Knights as they embark on their quest for the Holy Grail.

“Our guests enjoy an industry-exclusive 21 square feet of personal space, a 78-inch lie flat bed and a companion seat complete with a full size table,” said David Spurlock, founder and chief executive officer of Eos Airlines. “There would probably be enough room for King Arthur and his Knights to have a productive meeting at the Round Table on one of our flights.”

The London production of Monty Python’s SPAMALOT will begin performances at the Palace Theatre on October 2, 2006.
