NCL’s Hawaiian Spas at Sea

The new ship, Pride of Aloha will be re-flagged into the US registry and is
to sail 10-night inter-island cruise holidays in Hawaii commencing on 4 July
2004.  Hawaii is a location that the UK consumer is steadily becoming more
and more familiar with.  The fantastic range of stopovers that NCL offer
will also help UK travellers really maximise their time away, by providing a
fantastic mix of land-based and cruising holidays.
The reconstructed and enlarged Spa continues NCL’s fleetwide spa expansion.
The facility features treatment rooms which offer treatments using local
techniques, products and the special talents of well-trained staff.  From a
Lomi-Lomi massage in Hawaii to a Caribbean Coffee Scrub in Aruba

The Fitness Centre redefines existing space and also features room for yoga,
aerobic and personal training instruction, and an expanded gym with
state-of-the-art fitness equipment .  There are also facilities for stretch
and relaxation, back care and pool games.  Pride of Aloha also features 2
swimming pools and 5 hot-tubs.

NCL’s Freestyle Cruising transforms the traditional cruise into a truly
personal holiday.  The unique experience lends itself to the ideal spa
holiday.  With no fixed meal times, no strict dress codes and no rigid
schedules there is ample time to be spent pampering yourself in the on board
spa.
