inter-touch today announced that Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts Worldwide has selected the company as its preferred provider of high speed internet services for over 100 of its hotels in Europe, Asia pacific, Africa and the Middle East.
According to Matt Mitchell, Chief Operating Officer of inter-touch, the company’s high speed internet solution will allow guests and meeting attendees at Le Meridien properties around the world to send and receive emails, access corporate networks and surf the Internet from a secure network at speeds considerably faster than standard modem connections. In addition, guests will enjoy wireless access in hotel public areas.

As part of the program, Le Meridien guests and employees will have access to a 24/7 multi-lingual technical support help desk. In addition, inter-touch’s ‘plug-n-play’ technology is backed by full technical support and continuously monitored by inter-touch’s Network Operating Centre, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
