Tempt the senses this Valentine’s at Four Seasons Scottsdale
For those hoping to make this Valentine’s Day unforgettable, Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North offers a variety of activities ideal for captivating that special someone, including a cooking class sure to tempt the senses, specialty spa offerings and culinary delights guaranteed to impress.
On Saturday, February 11, 2012, the Resort will host a “Feast for the Senses” cooking class, highlighting a three-course menu ideal for taking the romance home on Valentine’s Day and beyond. The class will feature a menu meant for sharing, and will include a celebratory welcome cocktail and take-home recipe booklet.
Talavera will highlight a four-course “teaser” menu the weekend before Valentine’s Day, February 10 to 12, featuring a menu centred on sensuality. Menu items include a kumamoto oyster amuse to start, white asparagus soup, and a shared entrée of Neuski’s bacon-wrapped beef tenderloin. Enjoy a special Perfect Match pairing dessert showcasing raspberry, almond and chocolate.
On Tuesday, February 14, Talavera will showcase a five-course tasting menu, building upon the teaser menu with added surprises such as lobster carpaccio. The cost is per person, or per couple, including a glass of rose Champagne with dessert and a takeaway treat.
For the month of February, the Spa and Salon will feature a special romantic twist on the Tapas Tasting Menu. The Tapas Tasting Menu is offered in the Spa from 3:00 to 8:00 pm and in the Salon from 3:00 to 6:00 pm, Sunday through Thursday. Spa guests can choose two specialty 25-minute tapas treatments inspired by the season for the special rate. Salon guests can select from a seasonal Martini and Manicure or Margarita and Makeup option..
