Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh has appointed Karim Doss as Director of Catering. Doss will be based in Cairo.
“Karim has demonstrated that he has the depth of task management, as well as a clear ease and understanding of the dynamics of our clientele and our catering market,” says Sebastien Carre, general manager of the resort. “In his new capacity, Karim will take on a new role with a clearly stated goal for the Resort to grow our wedding and catering business significantly.”
Doss has nine years experience within the hospitality industry, including assignments at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza and Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh, making him the ideal candidate to handle social events, weddings and corporate events for the Resort.
“My goal is to establish and develop the catering division for the Resort,” says Doss. “I will be working closely with the Sales and Food & Beverage teams to seek and generate new business opportunities. Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh is a beautiful location with many options for memorable events, and of course the people are wonderful.”
