Beginning with a Himalayan salt scrub enriched with wild-grown juniper berry, lemongrass oil and argan oil to detoxify and energise the body, the ritual continues with a warm soak in cleansing salts infused with rose geranium and patchouli oil to release stress and achieve calmness. To complete the journey, a relaxing body massage using kneading, long strokes and acupressure points improves blood circulation, melting away muscle tension and pain, leaving body and mind relaxed and refreshed, ready to embark upon a New Year.
