Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa launches The Night Spa

The Night Spa at Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa opens every evening at 22:00, after The Island Spa has closed its doors for the day.

Its open-air ritual – The Secrets of the Sea – is available to just one individual or couple each night, affording guests the ultimate oceanic immersion on their own private starlit island.

“Our new Healing Waters menu represents a real ‘return to the source’ and cements The Island Spa as the ultimate sea sanctuary,” commented Maxime Lureau, director of Spa.

“All treatments are inspired by the healing benefits of the ocean, but with The Secrets of the Sea, guests have the island to themselves.

“They are under the stars, surrounded by lapping waves and the ocean’s evening energy. It’s a powerful yet profoundly peaceful experience.”

A minute’s sail across the starlit lagoon brings them to the candle-lit island – their exclusive oasis for the evening.

The magical 150-minute Secrets of the Sea ritual focuses on the vagus nerve, the master of the body’s inner nerve centre, memory-making and relaxation.

Located on its own private island, The Island Spa is a sea sanctuary unlike any other.

Everything is marine-inspired: the gentle kuda dhoni (little boat) arrival journey across the lagoon; the sea breezes that waft through the open Reception; the reef life visible through the glass floor viewing-portals in each over-water treatment pavilion; the use of the purest OSEA marine products; and the menu’s unique depths of treatment experience.

Add the mysterious pull of the ocean at night and The Secrets of the Sea whispers a tale of marine-inspired decadence that has to be experienced to be believed.
