Four Seasons Lanai introduces Hotelier apprentice summer camp

Four Seasons Resorts Lanai is introduce the Hotelier Apprentice Summer Camp, a complimentary program created exclusively for tiny travellers.

Designed for kids who have been hit by the travel bug at an early age, the Hotelier Apprentice Summer Camp program offers children the rare opportunity to go behind the scenes in the hospitality industry. From A to Z, globe-trotting tots can take a crash course with an educational holiday on the pristine island of Lanai. And while children are busy running the Resort, parents can enjoy sessions by the pool, Spa or playing 18-holes on the greens.
“Four Seasons Resorts Lanai is pleased to offer the innovative program to our youngest guests to help expose them to the exciting hotel industry, where the opportunities for adventure and travel are endless,” says Tom Roelens, general manager of Four Seasons Resorts Lanai. “We hope the children will one day call Four Seasons their ‘ohana by joining our talented team, and who knows, maybe I will someday say - you’re hired!”

Created in conjunction with the Kids For All Seasons club at Manele Bay, the fun and engaging program introduces kids to a variety of professions, such as the culinary arts and recreation, through engaging and educational experiences. Children work hand-in-hand with revered Resort employees, allowing for an invaluable insight into the diverse career paths of the hospitality field. The Hotelier Apprentice Summer Camp is offered to children five to 12, Monday to Friday, throughout the month of July 2012. The curriculum includes Culinary Arts, Botany, Engineering, Health & Wellness, and Marine Biology.

In addition to the Kids For All Seasons program, Lanai offers an abundance of family activities, complimentary meals for children under four, welcome amenities for children, and a Surf Shack Teen Center featuring video game stations, a pool table and lounge area for those aged 13-17. How’s that for extra credit?

To make the memories and experiences last even longer, Four Seasons Resort Lanai at Manele Bay is offering value-minded parents a complimentary night with the Stay Longer - Fourth Night Free promotion. The promotion provides one complimentary night to guests who book three consecutive nights at the Resort.
