Four Seasons Hotel Houston announces the completion of its premier specialty suites. The renovation includes a transformation of all five Ambassador Suites and the new Presidential North Suite (formerly the Governor’s Suite), all of which are outfitted with new contemporary furnishings and amenities. The acclaimed San Francisco-based design firm BAMO guided the Hotel through the renovation that expands upon the visual standards established with the recent renovations of the Lobby, Spa and Guest Rooms.
Sleek Design in the Five Ambassador Suites
With one or two bedrooms and starting at 1,134 square feet (105 square metres), the five Ambassador Suites are located on the 9th, 10th, 17th, 18th and 19th floors. The new aesthetic has a fresh, modern character, reflecting classic and Art Moderne styles. Natural wood finishes add warmth and luxury.
In the main living area, a Makassar ebony dining table and leather chairs provide the dramatic focal point. Furnishings feature a contemporary palette of light neutrals, accented by sparkling details in glass and white gold leaf, as well as a collection of vibrant art, including works by local Texas artists.
Stylish One-of-a-Kind: The Presidential North Suite
On the top level – the 20th floor – the Presidential North Suite starts at 1,570 square feet (146 square metres) with one or two bedrooms. The design raises the standards in luxury and grandeur, and the bold colour palette truly sets this suite apart.
The entry foyer with dark lacquered walls and wood floor opens to a grand room for socializing, relaxing, or working. A glass chandelier hangs above the mahogany-topped dining table. In the adjacent sitting area, a curved back sofa is flanked by two lounge chairs. Nearby an executive desk with comfortable leather task chairs is ready for business.
The spacious bedroom of the Presidential North Suite has an elegant sitting area and a lavish bathroom with marble vanity, freestanding tub, and iridescent white mother-of-pearl accessories – invoking the sensation of a day at the spa.
These concepts reflect the identity of Houston as a cosmopolitan city and an international centre for business and the arts. All of the suites provide perfect accommodations for executive-level retreats.
