Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai celebrates the Moon Festival

The moon often reminds people of legendary stories. Whether it’s about the lady, Chang Er; the man, Wu Kang; or the hare, Jade Rabbit, enjoying mooncakes has become a favourite tradition of Mid-Autumn Festival, also known as the Moon Festival.

Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai ushers in this important festival with specially designed mooncake gift packages, available from now until September 12, 2011.

The silky smooth white lotus seed and red bean paste with egg yolk are the classic flavours. For those enticed by new flavours, nuts mixed with Yuman ham, truffles bacon, French chestnut and blueberry cheese will satisfy the palate.
