To capture the essence of traditional Ramadan but keen on keeping up with the times in a more modern approach, the Grand Ballroom’s Terrace of the Hotel has been transformed into a white lounge-style palace with hues of green, blue and orange. Four Seasons diverse and award-winning chefs are dedicated to Iftar food preparation and will be there every night on live cooking stations to make sure everyone enjoys the food they like, the way they like it. With live cooking stations on the outdoor terrace, guests can feast on the largest variety of food available in Jordan, as soon as the sun sets, while enjoying traditional oud music.
