Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence announces the promotion of Waleed Sobhy to the position of Director of Food and Beverage. The leadership of the operations under Waleed’s capable guidance is set to further boost the Hotel’s well-deserved reputation as an unparalleled dining destination in the Middle East.

Waleed has been a part of the family at Four Seasons for many years, having joined the company’s sister property at Nile Plaza in 2004 as Outlet Manager before earning a promotion to Banquet Manager. His professionalism and knowledge of the brand took him to the next level as he was promoted to Assistant Director of Food and Beverage in 2009. It is now time for Waleed to cross the river and lead the Food and Beverage team at The First Residence.

Waleed has more than 21 years experience in the hospitality field and has worked in a number of prestigious hotels that prepared him to be in this position.

Describing his new appointment, Waleed says, “I am very excited about my new role where I will use all my previous experience and knowledge to the full advantage of Four Seasons brand.”
