Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts - nominated for World’s Leading Luxury Hotel Brand, Asia’s Leading Hotel Brand and Europe’s Leading Hotel Brand by the World Travel Awards in 2011 - has promoted Jean-Pierre Soutric to the position of Vice President Corporate & Travel Industry Sales – Europe.
Jean-Pierre has been with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since 1995 when he was involved in the opening of Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris.
In 2008 he joined the Europe Middle East and Africa regional sales team as Director of Corporate & Travel Industry Sales based in the Paris World Wide Sales Office, where he also assumed responsibility for the regional team there.
Reflecting on his promotion Jean-Pierre said:“Four Seasons is not the usual employer – it’s much more than a luxury brand and a quality business. It’s been engraved in my heart for fifteen years now and I have no recollection of a single day when I haven’t been proud to be employed by this unique hotel group.”
Jean-Pierre has been instrumental in developing Four Seasons’ European Preferred Partner Programme. His tenacity and determination to form successful working relationships with lucrative partners in every corner of Europe has resulted in 75 Preferred Partner agencies in 18 countries across the European Region. He also monitors strategic relationships with leading European Tour Operators active in the luxury segment.
