Utell® Hotels & Resorts has launched a new Groups & Events service aimed at securing multiple reservations for member hotels. Offering a level of personalised service that requires less administration time and complexity, the Groups & Events service will help Utell members maximize revenue opportunities for group bookings.

Targeting a worldwide audience of corporate and leisure customers, Utell Groups & Events enables users to select the service they require by completing an online inquiry form outlining their request or by contacting Utell’s global call centres. The form will be available in English, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, French and Italian on www.utellagent.com, with dedicated language support available globally.

Its Groups & Events service is being offered with three variations, including (i) group accommodation only, (ii) meeting space and event assistance only, or (iii) a combination of both – group accommodation, detailed meeting requests and event support.

Once the request form has been submitted, Utell’s international dedicated teams work to respond within 24 hours, providing tailored service to address complex requests efficiently and effectively.

Utell has recently launched a worldwide marketing campaign supporting this initiative offering agents the chance to win a Blackberry Tablet if they provide the Groups & Events reservation teams with a brief between now and the end of October. Promotions will run on a monthly basis to Utell’s global travel agency database, and through demand sales activity via Utell’s extensive corporate relationships.
