THOR has appointment its new travel agency and supplier account manager, Richard Williams. Based in London, Mr. Williams is responsible for managing, training and servicing new and existing travel agency and supplier relationships in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). 

Mr. Williams joins THOR with 18 years of travel industry experience, with the last year as Head of Supplier Relations at Portman Travel. As THOR’s EMEA travel agency and supplier account manager, his experience allows him to relate to the challenges faced by travel agents and suppliers. Mr. Williams has also worked in various other travel-related positions with American Express, BCD Travel, Bridge the World, Ansett Australia and Flight Centre.

Mr. Williams attended Adelaide University and the University of South Australia. He enjoys travel, photography and film; he has dual citizenship for the United Kingdom and Australia.
