Live Nation and Hertz extend strategic alliance

Live Nation Entertainment and the Hertz Corporation today announced an extension of their strategic alliance through 2016.  The alliance, which began in 2011, will bring exclusive Hertz car rental offers to Live Nation fans, and drive business to Hertz’s leading North American equipment rental business, Hertz Equipment Rental Services.

“Hertz has enjoyed a mutually beneficial relationship with Live Nation and we’re excited to extend our sponsorship for another three years,” commented Hertz Chairman and CEO, Mark P. Frissora.  “This collaboration enables Hertz to tap into and reward loyal music fans, offering special discounts and unique promotions while fulfilling car and equipment rental needs across the country of Live Nation’s production teams.”
