The award winning InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has unveiled what it describes as ‘the most powerful website guarantee’ for guests booking on any of the IHG brand sites.
The ‘Best Price Guarantee’ and new ‘Book With Us Advantage’ promises any guest who finds a qualifying, lower room price for an IHG hotel elsewhere online their first night free, and the rest of their stay will match the price found.
“IHG understands how much price influences a guest’s booking decision,” says Michael Menis, Vice President – IHG Web and Interactive Marketing.
“The ‘Best Price Guarantee’ is our pledge to IHG guests that we understand their needs – and are backing it up with a free night.”
The ‘Best Price Guarantee’ is available through the IHG brand websites and through all major mobile platforms. It is applicable at all eight of IHG’s hotel brands, including InterContinental Hotels, Hotel Indigo and Crowne Plaza.
IHG has been nominated for Asia’s Leading Business Hotel Brand at this year’s World Travel Awards. The winners of this year’s Asia and Australasia gala ceremony will be announced in Bangkok on 28 September.
