Flybe to add Palma flights from Doncaster Sheffield next summer

Flybe will expand its summer schedule from Doncaster Sheffield Airport next year with the addition of a weekly flight to Palma Mallorca.

The route will start on May 29th.

Palma is the capital of the Spanish island of Mallorca and offers a variety of resorts to suit all tastes plus of course delivering lots of sunshine - a total of 2,779 hours a year!

The flight will depart Doncaster at 16:30 and arrive in Palma at 20:10.

The return flight will leave at 20:50 and touch down in the UK at 22:30.

Roy Kinnear, Flybe chief commercial officer, commented: “We are pleased to be extending our 2019 summer schedule from Doncaster Sheffield Airport with the additional choice of this particular sun route to such a popular summer holiday destination.”

In total, Flybe’s summer schedule features ten routes to and from Doncaster Sheffield next year with a choice of up to 88 flights a week.

Flybe currently operates 192 routes serving 14 countries from 75 departure points in the UK and Europe and is the largest scheduled airline by air traffic movements at Aberdeen, Belfast City, Birmingham, Cardiff, Doncaster Sheffield, Exeter, Glasgow, Isle of Man, Jersey, Manchester, Newquay and Southampton airports.
