SmartMoney readers cited the friendly, caring and service-focused associates who work at the brand`s more than 370 hotels worldwide as a key factor in Marriott Hotels, Resorts and Suites earning top honors. Of the 600 randomly selected SmartMoney subscribers polled, 28 percent identified overall quality of service as their deciding factor in choosing a hotel.
