lastminute.com today announces the appointment of Andrew Windsor (pictured) as group head of
sales and marketing.

Commencing at the end of February, Andrew`s responsibilities will
initially focus around global marketing and commercial deals,
co-ordinating lastminute.com`s global supply lines and supporting
revenue growth in some of the group`s smaller markets. He will report
directly to co-founder and group managing director, Martha Lane Fox.

Andrew has over 20 year`s experience in the travel industry,
including a variety of senior roles at Thomas Cook including running
thomascook.com and most recently as Managing Director of the Thomas
Cook Distribution Businesses for the UK and Canada. He was also
General Manager of B&Q plc between 1993-1995.

Commenting on his appointment, Andrew said, “lastminute.com has
established itself as one of Europe`s best known online travel and
leisure providers and is still growing its market share aggressively.
I am really looking forward to utilising my travel and retail
experience to build on the work that has already been achieved to
help maintain lastminute.com`s growth.”

Martha Lane Fox, co-founder and group managing director of
