Crossair is acquiring SAirlines’ shares in Mindpearl AG, the worldwide organization for customer inquiries. By means of this commitment, Crossair is expanding its chain of service centres and consolidating the confidence of its customers.
Crossair is buying Mindpearl AG from SAirlines with its five call centre bases in London (GB), Brisbane (AUS), Cape Town (SA), Milan (I) and Barcelona (ESP). In this, the new airline will be securing a worldwide presence for customer inquiries by telephone.
Around 60 percent of all contacts are made outside of Switzerland and pass through Mindpearl. Their customer centres answer queries 24 hours a day, make reservations and carry out many other travel services.
Mindpearl AG was a wholly owned subsidiary of SAirLines. Today Crossair already has call centres of its own in Basle, Zürich (ex Swissair), Geneva and Lugano and these are responsible for customers within Switzerland.
