Guestline Ltd has announced the launch of RezLynx, its new web based Hotel Enterprise Solution.

RezLynx is a fully scalable solution, including a comprehensive Property Management System (PMS), CRS, and Head Office Management module. An Online Booking feature is also available through the use of an XML web interface, allowing last room sales via the World Wide Web, either direct to a corporate web site or through an accommodation portal. Based on the ASP model, RezLynx eliminates the traditional constraints of database replication by maintaining all data in one central location. The ASP model is widely acknowledged as a significant new opportunity for hotel groups to make cost and labour savings in hardware, maintenance and administration of group-wide systems, while also streamlining processes for Head Office personnel to manage the estate in a more efficient and informed manner. “We have invested significant resources into the development of RezLynx over the past two years, and we are very pleased with the results”, stated Steve Patterson, Managing Director of Guestline Ltd. “Having conducted extensive market research into the requirements of hotel groups in the UK and overseas, we have come up with a solution which we believe will offer unique new benefits to help our corporate clients to maintain an advantage in a highly competitive marketplace.”

Several groups are trialling RezLynx and initial feedback is very positive. The RezLynx PMS will also be available to independent hotels wishing to take advantage of the benefits of a web based system.
