Under the agreement, Lexington will provide centrally hosted reservations technology and support to the 12 properties of Someplace(s) Different through its new SPIRIT? hotel reservation system, powered by CSC Services (NYSE: CSC).

The new SPIRIT system, through LexLink® OnLine, will offer truly integrated functions to hotels, such as seamless connectivity to major distribution channels; automatic rate changes in the SPIRIT, GDS and Internet Distribution Systems; major reporting enhancements with more access to production and marketing data; and marketing management features, like Confirmation Marketing Message management, that allow hotels to immediately implement and control marketing messages.
