Air Europa as the most punctual European airline

Air Europa, the Latin American specialist, has been named as the sixth most punctual airline in the world, and the most punctual European airline. The announcement, made last month by FlightStats, is based on statistics from last February.

FlightStats, an independent organisation, based in Portland (Oregon, USA), is considered the global leader in flight and airport information. It supervises the activity of all scheduled flight companies (not charter) which operate more than 30,000 flights in at least three continents.

Colin Stewart, UK General Manager, Air Europa, says: “We are delighted by this announcement, as Air Europa recognizes that punctuality is of central importance to all our passengers, and we strive to guarantee all-round excellence in customer service.” Colin adds: “Air Europa continues to confirm its place as the airline of choice to Latin America. This award is further recognition of Air Europa’s great value for money, combining competitive prices with a first-class flying experience on-board one of the world’s most modern fleet of aircraft”.
