India overtakes Britain as Dubai’s top tourism market
India has overtaken Britain as the biggest tourism source market to Dubai. The stellar growth of the Indian economy has given to a ten percent rise in its nationals visiting the emirate over the first quarter of the year, according to the latest figures from the Dubai Department of Tourism.

Peter Andre to perform at SOHO Square
The award-winning SOHO Square – the most popular place for visitors to eat, drink, have fun and shop on the Red Sea – is playing host to singer songwriter Peter Andre on 2 September 2011, and will mark one of his first concerts to promote the release of his new single Perfect Night. Paris Air Show: Saudi Arabian Airlines boosts Airbus order
Saudi Arabian Airlines has placed a firm order for four additional A330-300 aircraft with Airbus, in addition to the eight ordered in July 2008, taking the total order for the type to 12. Saudi Arabia’s national airline was earlier this year nominated as the Middle East’s Leading Airline by the prestigious World Travel Awards.
Paris Air Show: MIAT Mongolian Airlines inks deal for new aircraft
Boeing and MIAT Mongolian Airlines have announced an order for two Next-Generation 737-800 airplanes and one 767-300ER (extended range) airplane. The order, valued at $245 million at list prices, marks the first time in more than two decades that MIAT Mongolian Airlines will extend its route network by purchasing Boeing airplanes instead of leasing them.
