Royal Brunei signs codeshare deal with Turkish Airlines
Royal Brunei Airlines has signed a codeshare agreement with Turkish Airlines which allows for passengers to connect from Bandar Seri Begawan to Istanbul via Dubai. The agreement was signed in Antalya, Turkey, by Karam Chand, Royal Brunei chief commercial officer and Ahmet Bolat, Turkish Airlines chief investment and technology officer.
Turkish Airlines to grow presence at Edinburgh Airport
Turkish Airlines has confirmed it will grow the number of weekly flights from Edinburgh Airport to Istanbul to ten flights per week. The increase indicates the popularity of the airline as Edinburgh gets ready to implement the additional flights from March 27th, 2016.

Turkish Airlines has signed a codeshare deal with Hawaiian Airlines, expanding options for customers to travel more conveniently from Turkey to Hawaii via Far East points. The agreement allows Turkish Airlines to put its “TK” booking code on Hawaiian’s daily flights between Osaka, Japan and Honolulu and HA’s five-times weekly service between Honolulu and Seoul, Korea.

VisitBritain and Turkish Airlines have launched a new global marketing partnership to attract more international visitors to Britain, with a focus across the airline’s five regional gateways which include Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh, as well as London’s Heathrow and Gatwick. EVA Air has initiated a codeshare agreement with fellow Star Alliance member, Turkish Airlines on its Taipei–Istanbul route. The deal marks the first stage of collaboration between these two airlines, which will aim to benefit passengers with a higher number of combined frequencies for better connectivity and increased travel flexibility between these two countries.
Turkish Airlines reaches latest Boeing milestone
Turkish Airlines has reached a new milestone with the delivery of the airline’s 125th airplane from Boeing – a Next-Generation 737-900ER – and one of 12 airplanes the Turkish flag-carrier will take delivery of this year. Boeing and Turkish Airlines’ relationship stretches back to 1968 when the airline first purchased one McDonnell Douglas DC-9.
