Turkish Airlines today has launched its first flight to Genoa. The flights will take place three times per week on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. The flights are planned to increase from 3 to 4 per week by 27th June 2011 and planned to be operated on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Turkey tourism continues to soar

The number of tourists visiting Turkey rose 31 percent in April to 2.29 million compared with the same month last year, according to the Culture and Tourism Ministry. Germany provided the biggest source of growth, with Russia, the UK and France also fuelling numbers.
