Costa Firenze floats out in Italy as brand grows China focus
Costa Cruises and Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri have celebrated the official float-out ceremony of Costa Firenze. The ship is the second for the brand designed and built specifically for the Chinese market.

Hornblower to acquire City Cruises
City Cruises has been acquired by Hornblower UK, an American dining and excursion cruise operator based out of San Francisco. City Cruises was founded in 1985 and now comprises the operation on the River Thames, City Cruises York, City Cruises Poole, ThamesJet and R.S Hispaniola.

Carnival Panorama joins fleet ahead of December debut
Carnival Cruise Line has taken delivery of Carnival Panorama at the Fincantieri shipyard in Marghera, Italy. The ship becomes the 27th in the fleet and the third vessel in the popular Vista class.
