William Boyce, born and raised in California, is a USA federal fisheries biologist. His love of travel and photography launched for him a new career as a photojournalist currently writing for 6 international publications. He has also been involved in television productions for many years. William Boyce started directing, producing, and hosting his own shows creating the award-winning TV series, IGFA Angler’s Digest. This series became the highest awarded show on the Sportsman Channel in 2007, and during its run on FOX Sport net in 2008, it won two Telly Awards.

William Boyce visited Seychelles recently to explore the exceptional beauty of the Seychelles including the marine life. He visited the inner granitic islands and the coral island of Denis and has now submitted to the Tourism Board a selection of his pictures to use as necessary by Seychelles.

“We were happy to have had the pleasure of the visit of this professional photographer and film producer. As we look at the Americas in our diversification options, we realize that William Boyce can be a great ambassador for our islands. Today we say thank you to William Boyce for not only making time to visit us, but to allow us to use his pictures freely,” Minister St.Ange said.

An underwater photograph taken by William Boyce in a shoal of tuna, considered a real masterpiece, was presented to Minister St.Ange by William Boyce himself with the message:
