Meliá Hotels International continues to innovate in its use of new technologies and has just launched a new version of its website specialising in Meetings & Events, www.melia.com/meetings with improvements to design and accessibility offering users a better online experience and, above all, easy access to special offers and promotions for any type of event.
The new Meetings & Events website includes a redesign of the section for requesting budgets for events and results page as well as for searching for hotels and destinations specialising in organising events. All the improvements have been built around the needs of potential clients, who can now select multiple locations in a single request, including an additional option of filtering their search by special interests.
The Opportunity Dates section allows users access to the best rates and special promotions for groups. The website also features a new section for weddings and honeymoons, including information on the company’s specialist programmes. There is also direct access to the Meeting & Events hotel directory, a tool to check the technical specifications of the facilities of each hotel for hosting events.
Finally, there is also direct access to the melia.com sustainability section, as well as to the Mas Amigos loyalty programme aimed at travel agents and meeting planners.
