Istanbul Convention & Exhibition Centre (ICEC) hosted the leaders of Turkey’s industry in “2012 Turkey
Tourism Summit” on Wednesday February 8th, 2012.

Turkish Culture Tourism Minister Mr. Ertuğrul Günay, Promotion Director at Turkish Culture and Tourism Ministry Mr. Cumhur Güven Ta’ba, President of the Board of Directors of Turkish Industry and Business Association (TÜSIAD) Mrs. Ümit Boyner, President of Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TÜRSAB) President Mr. Ba’aran Ulusoy, European Parliament with the Social Democratic Party of Germany Mr. Vural Öger and other 400 tourism professionals attended the summit.

2012 Turkey Tourism Summit also followed by over 20 foreign and domestic journalists. The summit held in
Istanbul Convention & Exhibition Centre (ICEC), “Turkey’s Rising Tourism Economy and Global
Reflections” issue has been discussed.
