FCm Travel Solutions appoints new General Manager

FCm Travel Solutions is strengthening its position as a leading player in the medium to large client market with the appointment of Ciaran Kelly as UK general manager.  He reports to Debbie Carling, executive general manager of both FCm Travel Solutions and sister SME brand Corporate Traveller.

Kelly brings with him a track record of high profile achievements within FCm Travel Solutions and parent company Flight Centre Limited since 2002.

For the last 18 months he has held the position of business development director for FCm’s EMEA team fronting the acquisition of £120 million in new business for the region.

Prior to that Ciaran Kelly was responsible for spearheading FCm’s growth in Northern Ireland when the TMC opened an office in Belfast in May 2007. He helped to secure over £3 million in new business from the region over a two year period.

From 2002 until 2007 he held key roles with FCm’s UK business development team for the London and Greater London region as well as Flight Centre Limited’s original Corporate Traveller offering.

Kelly has been recognised by FCm Travel Solutions both globally and nationally as one of the company’s top sales people, winning number one global business development manager in 2006 and top UK business development manager four times between 2004 and 2009.
