Following the announcement earlier this year that it was setting up a new organisation structured around business units, Europcar Group has organised its management board in order to optimise the roll out of its strategy.

Management board members’ roles have now been redefined and they will focus on their new group responsibilities.

Philippe Germond will sit as chief executive, with Caroline Parot as deputy chief executive.

Kenneth McCall will act as deputy chief executive, countries and operations, while Fabrizio Ruggiero takes the role of deputy chief executive, sales, marketing, customers and InterRent.

Jean-Claude Poupard, current operational finance and risk group director, is appointed Europcar Group chief financial officer.

Raoul Colantoni is appointed managing director for Italy.

Raoul joined Europcar Group in 2011 as finance director for Europcar Italy.

Gary Smith is appointed managing director for the UK.

Finally, Franck Rohard, is appointed Europcar Group general secretary.

Prior to joining Europcar Group in July 2015, Franck Rohard held the position of group general counsel of SFR (Group).
