Marriott Execustay Launches Concierge Service

Marriott ExecuStay, the corporate housing division of Marriott International, Inc. (NYSE:MAR), today announced that it will add complimentary, first-class concierge service for guests in the Maryland and Northern Virginia suburbs of Washington, D.C., beginning October 28. Marriott ExecuStay is the first corporate housing provider to launch concierge services.

Joe Lavin, executive vice president and managing director of Marriott ExecuStay, said, “ExecuStay is proud to be the first corporate housing provider to offer a service that guests, who are familiar with the Marriott name, have come to expect. Our new concierge service makes it possible to manage all the details of everyday life and then some.”

Through ExecuStay’s new concierge service, Lavin explained, guests can do everything from “getting directions and locating the local movie theater to arranging their children’s birthday parties and planning a trip around the world.”

Marriott ExecuStay (www.execustay.com; 1-888-840-7829) offers travelers who require stays of 30 days or more the spaciousness and privacy of apartment living in approximately 200 U.S. cities. All Marriott ExecuStay apartments are fully furnished and accessorized, with monthly rates that include basic utilities, phone service, cable television, 24/7 customer service, and the convenience of all payments on one monthly invoice.


Marriott ExecuStay, with approximately 6,000 apartments in “anywhere you need to be” U.S. locations, is part of Marriott International’s extended-stay lodging portfolio, which also includes Residence Inn, TownePlace Suites and Marriott Executive Apartments.
