partnership to help business travelers around the world stay connected, safe

iJET and Roadpost customers can access iJET`s destination
briefings online and iJET`s real-time travel alerts on Roadpost`s cellular
and satellite phones in more than 140 countries worldwide. The services will
be sold under the Global Guardian* brand.

The combined product, Global Guardian, provides travelers with an enhanced
