Due to the critical situation caused by floods, Czech Airlines decided not to collect cancellation fees for changing bookings or for returning tickets between 13 and 19 August 2002. “It means that passengers who wish to return home earlier, postpone their trip or leave Prague due to floods may change the dates of their departure or return their tickets without any cancellations fees,” explained Dan Plovajko, Director, Public Relations, CSA.
There are no changes in the schedule of Czech Airlines during these critical days, as well as CSA services at Prague - Ruzyn“ Airport are fully available. “Unfortunately, our City Travel Centre and OK Plus Service Centre are located in the flood-affected area in “V Celnici” street and had to be closed. Currently we are not able to issue bonus tickets for the CSA Frequent Flyer Programme members.,” added Dan Plovajko.
