ALITALIA announces that the Ministry of Economy and Finance has already underwritten the first block of the increase in Company capital, as agreed at the extraordinary meeting of Alitalia shareholders held on May 28. Today, the Ministry formally agreed to proceed and underwrote the remaining new allotted shares arising from the increase in Company capital.
