Air Canada announced today that it has developed a special website providing travel agents with quick access to the latest Air Canada news and a wide range of information. The new site, www.aircanada.ca/agents, also offers convenient links to Star Alliance’s homepage and Air Canada’s Cyber Ticket Office.

“We are delighted to offer travel agents this efficient business tool,” said Marc Rosenberg, Vice President, Sales and Product Distribution. “Our objective is to provide a centralized source of valuable and pertinent information to travel agents, seven days a week, 24 hours a day. The new site is also a quick and cost effective way to communicate with the travel trade community.”

The new site combines existing information from Air Canada’s website and RES III reservation system with information previously available only in print, such as the Air Canada Flash and the product fact sheets. The main sections of the site are Air Canada News, Product and Services, Promotions, Commissions, Air Canada Contacts and Useful Links.
