The building, which formally consisted of offices as well as a night club and restaurant, has been redeveloped to accommodate fifty staff within a large open plan office, a dedicated training and development office, eight executive offices, four meeting rooms, and a staff room. The LivingWell head office will also have a dedicated entrance and reception.

The LivingWell building also houses a Premier health club, and a unique Winter Garden consisting of a wide variety of lush tropical plants and fish.

LivingWell`s project development manager Gordon Coles, responsible for the redevelopment said “By using with the same quality materials, product standards and colour schemes, we have ensured that the new offices reflect the same contemporary feel and quality standards to that of our health clubs. We worked closely with our development team to ensure that our distinctive Winter Garden was carefully preserved as part of the overall project.”
