At AdventureNEXT Peru we will listen to traditional knowledge and wisdom by highlighting the Quechua ancestral practices of community work. These include the rescue of the spirit of the minka –the collective work to achieve a common goal, the concept of ayni – the mutual help that families give each other, and most significantly, the collective effort of the adventure community that moves forward as a single force – huk kallpalla.
