Hotel Puente Romano hosts Andalucia Tennis Experience Great Hotels of the World member, Hotel Puente Romano in Marbella, Spain, is to host the Andalucia Tennis Experience, part of the Women’s Professional Tennis Tour (WTA) from April 3 to 11, 2010. The clay courts of the Puente Romano Tennis Club will be staging the second edition of the WTA tournament featuring 32 of the world’s top 100 women tennis players including Serena Williams, Jelena Jankovic, Anabel Medina and Carla Suárez.  Former Wimbledon champion Manolo Santana has recently been named as the hotel’s Tennis Club manager.
