Meetings at Worldhotels will also allow planners to filter for additional requirements such as delegate numbers, accommodation, hotel facilities and location, as well as letting users browse the Worldhotels portfolio for a specific type of event from one of four categories: Team Building, Social Gatherings, Board Meetings and Seminars, and Conferences and Conventions. A directory will then list eligible hotels by region and country.
The tool also offers an online RFP form (request for proposal), in which planners can fill out all event requirements. Within 24 hours they will receive a range of venue proposals, all with guaranteed rates on rooms, meeting space and banqueting. In addition, MICE agents can also call one of three multilingual group desks, located in Frankfurt, New York and Singapore, for further advice and information.
